Welcome to Wild Beeks Map (“Wild Beeks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Wild Beeks Map is an online directory designed to help users find and connect with local beekeepers and apiaries.

By accessing or using our website, services, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About Wild Beeks Map

Wild Beeks Map provides:

A searchable directory of beekeepers and apiaries
Optional paid Master listings for beekeepers
User accounts to save listings
A mailing list for updates and communications

Wild Beeks Map does not sell honey or hive products directly and is not responsible for transactions between users and beekeepers.

2. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a Master listing
Provide accurate and truthful information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Standard Users

Standard users may:

Create an account
Save beekeeper listings
Subscribe to our mailing list

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Beekeeper Listings

Beekeepers may:

Create a free listing
Upgrade to a Master listing (paid)

All listing content must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

4. Master Listings & Payments

4.1 Pricing

Master listings cost £12 per year
Prices are shown in GBP and may change with notice

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Wild Beeks Map does not store or process card details directly.

4.3 Renewals & Refunds

Master listings run for 12 months from the date of purchase
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable
You may cancel renewal at any time via your account or by contacting us

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information
Use the site for spam, scraping, or harassment
Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise site security

We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that breach these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, logos, and design are owned by or licensed to Wild Beeks Map unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Listings are provided by independent beekeepers
Wild Beeks Map does not verify product quality, safety, or authenticity
Any interactions or purchases are at your own risk

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Beeks Map is not liable for:

Losses arising from beekeeper interactions
Errors or omissions in listings
Service interruptions

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time if these Terms are breached.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
