Mary Case is a beekeeper based on the Isle of Wight who keeps her hives mainly in the West Wight area. By locating hives across different sites, each batch of honey develops its own unique flavour profile, reflecting the diverse local flora of the island. Mary produces Set Honey, Clear Honey, and Honeycomb, alongside a range of beeswax-based products including Beeswax Candles and Beeswax Polish, as well as Handmade Soap. In the autumn months, Mary also sells a variety of dessert and cooking apples harvested fresh from her own orchard, and she can be contacted regarding Quinces as well. Mary sells her products every Friday at Newport Farmers' Market, St Thomas Square, Newport, Isle of Wight.
