We are beekeepers and purveyors of superb products of the hive. We specialize in high quality, artisanal products that are dependent on the activity of honeybees with an emphasis on honey wine vinegar, Melomel vinegars and gourmet honey. We utilize all natural apiculture practices wherein we focus on the health of honey bees and the sustainability of beekeeping. We do not treat our bees with or expose our bee hives to chemicals, fungicides, or pesticides. Nor do we heat our honey in the extraction process. This best serves our bees, our customers, and our planet.
